1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the website of 3P. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and by placing any orders with 3P, you (the “User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. About Us

3P is a Nigerian bread-brand manufacturer and distributor. Our registered office is located at 14B Tinubu Road, Ilupeju, Lagos Nigeria. We manufacture, market, and distribute bread and related baked goods in Nigeria and operate this Site in connection with those goods.

3. Use of the Site

  • You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You warrant that you are at least 18 years old or, if under 18, you are using the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates any Nigerian law, regulation, or guideline, or infringes our or third-party rights.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms or if we suspect any misconduct.

4. Products, Orders and Pricing

  • We endeavour to display our products accurately, including descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee they will be error-free.
  • All product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
  • When you place an order through the Site, you are offering to purchase the product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (including stock unavailability, errors in pricing or description).
  • The contract between you and 3P for a product is formed only when we send you a confirmation of your order.
  • Delivery terms, payment method, and any applicable shipping or delivery fees will be as indicated on the Site.
  • You must pay for the order as instructed. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, software) is owned by 3P or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Nigeria and internationally.
  • You may view, download, or print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

6. User Content and Reviews

  • If you submit any reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content (“User Content”), you grant 3P a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and display such User Content in any medium.
  • You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant that licence, and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
  • We may remove or refuse to post any User Content at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, 3P (and its directors, officers, employees, agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • 3P does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Site or that the Site or its content will be error-free or free of viruses.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation (where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and 3P in relation to your use of the Site and purchase of our products, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
